Six 90 minute workshops on six juicy topics, over Zoom, including theory and practise in Breakout Rooms + two dedicated Q&A sessions + community Facebook group
Learn to express your needs, boundaries and passions in a fun, supportive, LGBTQIA+ inclusive and trauma-informed environment
Get tools to help you overcome your fears and limiting beliefs, so you can show up more fully and confidently in every area of life
Attend sessions live or catch-up on the recordings when the weather's not so lovely

These interactive sessions held on Zoom will include teaching, paired exercises in breakout rooms, self-reflection and group sharing.
If you're unable to attend one (or any) sessions live, recordings of each will be available exclusively to participants to download so you can catch-up, review the material and deepen the learning (NB. these NEVER get shared outside the group).
A facilitated private facebook group (participation optional) accompanies the course to allow you to connect, support and celebrate one another throughout the learning.
Two 1 hour group Q&A sessions during the seven week period give more space to support individual challenges (times/dates decided by poll once our group is finalised).
